Elo is historical and does not reset per season. It rises and falls with your results against the field.
Curation
Recompute is triggered by an admin over official matches, in temporal and reproducible order. Each run records before/after.
Ranking
The public ranking shows current Elo. You can appear anonymous in your profile settings.
